Scroll to the Contact Us section on our home page. You'll see a "Got a Gift Voucher?" text box — enter your Wysely voucher code there, fill in the rest of the form, and send it to us. Once we receive your enquiry, we'll confirm your booking and apply your Wysely discount.

Your Wysely discount is valid on the first day or first night of your booking only — not on every day or night in the same reservation. This offer is available to new customers only. All other booking and service conditions remain the same as our standard terms.
For example, if you book boarding for 3 nights, the discount applies to 1 night only. The remaining nights are charged at our standard rates.

On our home page, open the Contact Us form. Enter your details, tell us about your dog and preferred dates, and add your Wysely voucher code in the "Got a Gift Voucher?" text box. Submit the form when you're done.

We confirm your booking
Our team will get back to you, confirm availability, and apply your Wysely discount to your first day or first night of service. This offer applies to new customers only.

Arrive on your booked day with everything your dog needs. Your discount will already be reflected according to the offer terms on Wysely.

Does the Wysely discount apply to my whole booking?
No — the discount is valid on your first service only. For day care, that means your first day. For boarding, that means your first night. If you book boarding for 3 nights, only 1 night receives the Wysely discount. All other booking conditions remain the same.
Can existing customers use a Wysely voucher?
No — this Wysely discount is valid for new customers only. If you have booked with Milnerton Dog Den before, the voucher cannot be applied. All other service and booking conditions remain unchanged.
Where is the voucher code box on the contact form?
On the home page, scroll to Contact Us. Below the Message field you'll find "Got a Gift Voucher?" — that's where you paste or type your Wysely voucher code before submitting the form.

What should I include when I contact you?
Share your dog's name and breed, preferred dates, whether you need day care or boarding, and your Wysely voucher code in the gift voucher field. If you're a new guest, mention that too so we can help with onboarding.
Who do I contact if my voucher is not working?
Message us on WhatsApp or email contact@milnertondogden.co.za with your voucher details. For issues with the Wysely app or offer itself, Wysely support can also help via their website.

All other booking and service conditions remain the same. We honour offers exactly as listed on Wysely at the time of booking, subject to availability.
